I’m all about the experience and journey that we find ourselves on, how it leads us to seek out increased ​connection with our bodies and ideally results in us prioritizing our overall wellness. As someone who has ​had lots of bumps, bruises, and scars along their journey, I am intimately familiar with how our experiences ​can leave their mark on our bodies. I have found that through compassion to ourselves and each other, we ​can find freedom in our bodies and in our surroundings. I strive to build trust and connection on an individual ​level and I am deeply honored by the acceptance and community I have discovered along the way.

I start each treatment session with an in-depth ​consultation to get to know you, your body, and your ​story. Even for reoccurring clients, I need updates on your ​wellness journey, new life stressors, injuries, procedures, ​etc. This helps me create a completely unique treatment ​approach for you every visit by blending and utilizing ​some or all of my modalities to fit your needs and help ​you on your wellness journey.
